Black cats celebrate the creepiest of regular occurrences
Happy Friday the 13th!
As stewards of two friendly black cats, we are obligated to release a Substack on Friday the 13th. It’s the unluckiest day of the year, but luckily for us, we’ve navigated it without incident. To celebrate, we have some wonderful photos of Henry and Basil caring for one another and lounging around in the January sun.
So for two black cats, Friday the 13th was uneventful. They cuddled, licked, and lounged. Every day, Henry & Basil run around, spend time by themselves, and at some point in the afternoon come together (after using all their energy) to nap together. They snuggle up and sleep until it’s time for dinner, when they become suspicious of one another again.
